This marvel that Namco launched in late 2000 was the first Tekken on Playstation 2.

As new feature includes a Tag game mode that allowed changing the main character when he was low life, and make special combos and grabs combining characters.

Although the game has no chronological order in Tekken argument (in fact, does not follow any storyline) each character has his final sequence when finishing the game, and the group of selectable fighters is 39 characters (all characters that have been seen in tekken 1, 2 and 3 except Gon and Dr. Boskonovitch)
