This is the last one of the three CDs, and like the second one contains an original story with characters created for the CD (plus Pai and Yakumo). The word 'EEII' apparently refers to a musical aria, wich is a song of Rosebenette that can summon the monster Beelzebub in the drama. Te drama is quite entertaining, even if you do not understand japanese.
The songs are quite good too. The "Kaoru Band" tracks are j-pop style.

Instrumental composed by Kaoru Wada, plus three bonus tracks from BGM drama composed by Shouji Honda. This CD is not as good as the first one, however it is pretty good.
